Are you a veteran with a 90% VA disability rating? If so, you could be leaving money on the table! In 2024, a veteran with no dependents rated at 90% receives $2,241.91 per month in disability compensation, but with a 100% rating, that number jumps to $3,737.85! That’s a huge 66% increase, with nearly $1,500 more in tax-free income every month. Plus, you'll unlock additional benefits like dependent healthcare coverage and access to special programs available only at the 100% level.
In this video, I’ll walk you through the exact steps to get your VA disability rating increased from 90% to 100% quickly and effectively. Whether you're looking to add a secondary condition, increase your current ratings, or qualify for Total Disability based on Individual Unemployability (TDIU), I’ve got you covered.
Here’s what you’ll learn:
1. *How to Increase Your VA Disability Rating* - Understand the different ways to boost your rating and choose the path that works best for you.
2. *Adding a Service-Connected or Secondary-Connected Condition* - Learn how to leverage secondary conditions and increase your combined rating the right way.
3. *TDIU (Total Disability Due to Individual Unemployability)* - Find out if you qualify to be paid at the 100% rate even if your rating is less than 100%.
4. *Increasing Your Existing Ratings* - I’ll show you how to strategically increase your current disability ratings by providing strong medical evidence and avoiding the pitfalls that could lead to a reduction.
Whether you’re looking to add a new condition or increase your current rating, this video will give you the tools to make it happen. Don’t leave benefits on the table-get what you’ve earned!
Watch now to learn how to take your VA disability rating from 90% to 100% faster than you thought possible.

He got 90%, but his real percentage is 93% total, but for his hip surgeries 2 surgeries and every 3 months steroids shots that dont help, he may need a hip replacement but he wanna try PRP, and he just got 10%. So we gonna appeal, and of course submit Dr. Documentation and his statement. This, and heartburn bc he takes too much pain killers it is affrcting his stomach, we hope this woulf bring it up to at least 95% which means 100% PT.

Mr. Lee, I thank you for all your wisdom in regard to all the great and awesome info you provide to all veterans, including myself. I need your help. I'm a USArmy retired veteran with over 20 years in service. I served in combat units like the 82nd Airborne Division, jumping out of airplanes for 6 years and other combat units jumping in and out of the M1 series tanks for years. I need some assistance in regards to the claims I have been denied from the VA even when I have the service connection on my medical records. I'm currently on 90 percent, and it's been hard for me to get to that 💯 percent mark. Thank you for your time.

For me I went to doc ellis clinic (he has a RU-vid page) same deal probably lots of doc out there who can do it. I reviewed all my records and copped them with my claim denial letters, ect and sent them to his office. Tele-health call they sent a nexus letter connecting OSA to my sverce connected PTSD + tinnitus. (Simmilar to what you listed_ I was thinking he could tie it to burn pit ... ). It's not a silver bullet (might work might not) and it cost $ up front.

@JayA-jr6ge

How would I go about getting this on paper?
@NobodyNobody-hx6wh
@NobodyNobody-hx6wh 9 дней назад
Look those 2 conditions up in the 38th CFR and see where you would fall in terms of a disability rating for them. Then you know and can submit a strong evidence based claim and if you are not rated correctly, you can call them on it and submit a Higher Level Review and request a conference. In general, due to pyramiding the VA will apply the highest rating to your feet based on pes planus or plantar fasciitis, they will not grant both disability percentages.

@NobodyNobody-hx6wh

It depends on what residuals exist after the surgery. Also, if not already aware of it, since you are service connected for the ankle that will be operated on, you may be eligible for a temporary 100% disability rating during your recovery period from the surgery.

I'm active duty and I've been having lower back pain which I was seen for once, but they just wrote it off as muscle strain and gave me ibuprofen and some stretchs. Should I go back to try and get diagnosed with something else? Or would that one medical vist be enough if i just make a VA appointment regarding it when during my BDD? I appreciate any information on this.
@NobodyNobody-hx6wh
@NobodyNobody-hx6wh 9 дней назад
The best path is to get everything documented while you are still on active duty so it is all available to the C&P examiner during your BDD exam. The Nexus is not in question. You can not make an appointment with the the VA until you are off AD, so you cannot do that as part of your BDD. What I would recommend, if your back pain / issue is still present 6 weeks after you had that initial visit, then go back and say you took the Motrin and did the stretches that they gave you but you still have pain. Request back X-ray and physical therapy for your back. If you have any numbness or tingling in your back and or down your left or right leg then make sure that is documented as well. This can be the basis for a sciatica and or lower extremity radiculopathy diagnosis. Lastly, once the X-ray is done and you are in PT and if symptoms persist then the Physical therapist might recommend that your PCM obtain a MRI of your back. Even after you complete your BDD and if you have another 3-6 months on active duty, then continue going to the doctor and if you have any thought in your mind if you have something or have a chronic pain in a joint that you've never had checked out. Get it checked out / X-ray / lab tested or what ever is needed. Your future self will thank you one day. Lastly, remember that during the first year you are out, if you did not claim something as part of your BDD exam, and claim it in that first year, then your effective is the day after you leave the service, so you don't loose anything and will get back pay. Also, check some of the other videos out here and the VA website about the 1 year presumptives. If you develop arthritis, high blood pressure and other conditions in your first year out of service, go to a doctor and have it diagnosed then you can be eligible for VA disability for it, but you have to submit your claim before you hit that 1 year mark. All the best to you.
