As someone with ADHD, I can actually watch Internet Historian videos perfectly well because of his relatively fast pace and because his videos are just that interesting to watch. I'd say it's a similar case with Filian.

I think she doesn’t really understand how the real world works. This sort of things just kinda happen on it’s own, Matthew doesn’t even take it seriously at the start but things started to get out of hands and then there’s problem with the government. Between going to jail for organizing a raid on government property and risking jail time or just simply move the location, who ever choose the former are stupid.
