mukang di naman pagbabawal ng subdivision owner kase kasalanan nila na walang area for parking e. And then the barangay official wont butt in also coz the subd is a private property, dami nga sis nakapark sa labas sobra, pero ung isang house ko nilagayan ko ng garahe, 2 blocks away lang dito.
The efficient way you built everything makes everything look so spacious in your beautiful home, in Taiwan where my grandmother used to live we had the entire complex from one side to another, single floor but over time we also built straight up to 4 floors plus atrium :)
Diserve mo talaga maglaroon ng maganda at komportableng bahay. Dahil katas yan ng pagiging OFW mo. Ang ganda ng bahay sana ako rin magkaroon din ako ng superb house in the future kaibigan
I agree po about the parking kaso lahat po ng bahay sa loob ng subdivision na yan walang parking pero me mga sasakyan nakigaya na lang din ako hahaha! But my next house definitely with parking!

oo nga sis yan ang number 1 prob dito sa subd na ito. kase low-cost housing dapat ito e, di naman siguro inexpect ng subd owner na matatalino na ang mga pilipino kahit me pera sa low-cost housing nag iistay hahaha.
thanks for watching, the house is sorrounded by glass window. the stairs also has a huge fixed glass. The sunshine is actually a problem during day time coz it comes through every part of the house.
You have a very lovely house, and good luck in getting the appropriate furniture so you can feel comfortable...it´s good you invested some years ago when the price was cheaper. I lived in PH for 6 years in Bacolod City...I rented a very nice apartment at the time....anyway enjoy

oo low cost housing subdivision lang sya kaso ang mga may bahay lahat me sasakyan, im thinking hindi ini expect ng subd owner na may mga sasakyan ang titira. kase maliliit lang naman ang mga lote ung mga row houses ay asa 45sqm lang , ung akin asa 72sqm ata un.

Sna maumpisahan ko na din ung bago ko house project ko is 500 sqm pero 200sqm lng yung house na itatayo the rest sa mga kapatid ko, garden and garage, di na kami kasya sa lancaster hehehe... dami ko pa kasi gastos plus matukhang nko kaka shopping ahahhha anyway beautiful house sis, new friend, hope you can get back my yakap😂
Thanks for the feedback, but the land is really too small. its only 72 square meter. Plus the whole neighborhood do not have garage. And I dont have a car. When we go home to that house for a vacation, we only stay maximum of 1 month and then gone for 11 months. We just rent a car everytime we go home. Thank you for watching the video, I appreciate!
Thanks for asking. We are not allowed to build outside of our land, the subdivision has a provision for sidewalks, and you can see that I also cemented the side walk nicely.
