Everything what's in the table is my favourite Czech foods. But kolać is my number 1... I agree with Jacob, Czech beer is the best beer in the world... give Gwen a Marlinka cake to try...

My student, who is the boss of microbiology for a hospital laboratory in CZ says that steak tartare is like Russian roulette. The average butcher doesn't have hygene on such a high level, and storage at home is also important too. It can be delicious though. Your blogs make me smile , and the chemistry between the 2 of you is good !

Well I believe that everyone who will order this in a restaurant should be safe. The point when we would like to make homemade we should be careful about choosing good butcher which I hope that people who could smell that something is wrong about the meat will refuse to buy it. Keeping in mind that minced or grounded meat of any kind gets spoiled always fastest. We are glad you like or videos. Stay safe always

@Czeching Jacob, I as a Russian, assure you that there are much more similarities in the languages than just Ч \ cz letter. All the Slavic languages are very similar. I catch myself understanding every time you speak Czech in your videos. And our cuisines are similar too. And there are even much more similarities between Ru and Czech cuisine, than with South Slavic for example.

Jacob you have made a terrible tactical mistake having Gwen taste test some of your foods. Gwen when you get to the Philippines he has to try balut and you need to post a video about it. Note to self, avoid the 'fart' cheese.🤣

everyone from countries where tatar is not a thing always have the same reaction when first trying :) btw you always serve it with toasted bread in Czechia? In Poland it goes with fresh bread

Yes here in Czech mostly you will find toasted bread which is also my personal preference but even with fresh bread its delicious.

Hi U 2. To be honest I don't like tlačenka too. Rest of that feast is ok 👍 Gwen durian is very good. Ang sarap naman 🥰 When I went to Alona Beach Panglao November 2022 I bought over there for first time Ube Hopia. That's my favorite now. Mahal ko ang Ube Hopia ♥️🇵🇭👍 At Tagay hanggang mamatay 🍻
