I think it's likely 10 out of 15 of the Japanese players can make it to top 32. but we'll just have to wait and see.

that doesn't make him the best. One of the best maybe, but certainly not the best. Very solid and good execution though, however with a patch that fixes doom missiles assist, most of his strategy will be obsolete.
