I hope Chef Morris won't mind these excerpts/short clips from his video about the cooking competition. Some people don't like to watch a long video, so I've tried to shorten it. The show was about traditional Italian cuisine.
It was his first time and he was the only Filipino inside the competition, from thousands of both pro and amateur chefs that signed up and gave their best in the competition. The show was hosted by Chef and restaurateur Gino D'acampo and Fred Siriex.
