For this video we're sitting down to eat some delicious Filipino food! Food from the Philippines is always SO GOOD! It's salty, sour and because it's always so well seasoned IT'S DELICIOUS! Sisig, Lechon Kawali, Bangsilog, Pancit Bihon are just some of the delicious food we ate.

So "ading" is an Ilocano word for either little sister or little brother. On the other hand, we use "manang" for big sister and "manong" for big brother. Ilocanos are the people living in the north-western part of the Philippines and Ilocano is one of the major dialects in the Philippines (it's now considered as a language for some reason I have to research)

Bang is short for "Bangus" (Milk Fish) Sing is short for "Sinangag" (Garlic Fried Rice) and Log is short for "Itlog" (Egg)

One of my favorite Filipino dish is Pinapaitan. Not to many pinoy know this dish. It is an Elicano Dish. That dish is the opposite of Sinagang. When you make it, be careful in how much you ad the better to it. As you continue making this dish, you start to realize, you continuing adding better to it. But be careful not to over do it, we all have our limits, even the Elicanos.

I am not sure, but I think the yellow bread is what we call Spanish Bread here in the Philippines. It is like with semolina on the outside and has a sweet center.

Russel it's been so good! We basically had pan de coco and the other treats for a few days after making this video, my Mum even tried two and loved them! I'm for sure getting more in the future!

Try cooking SINANGLAY(SI-NANG-LAY), that cuisine is from bicol region, its a tilapia fish, bachoy, and cook it with coconut milk.

You can also put coconut milk in adobo, that way you can compare it with bicol express more easily.
