Sorry for the long and maybe weird comment, but it had to be said, i think. I mean, youtubes strike-system is famously broken and therefore really needs our help. My guess is that the dev team was inspired by the infamous ILOVEYOU email virus, which was also made a Filipino! So my guess is that the team hacks into people's devices to probably spread propaganda? I don't know what the main motive is, but that's just my guess!

They already leak the lwgendaries on their fb page the legendary for eternal light is based on minokawa a sun eating bird like dragon in mindanao mythology and for infernal dark is based on bakunawa a moon eating serpent like dragon while for the which is the Chaotic void the legendary is based on lawu a sun and moon eating reptile like dragon all based on philippine mythology

And the batini line is already based on manananggal

Yo as a PART Filipino, whose got BUDDIES back there from Uni and Meeting on Cruiseship staff etc. cause I seem To make Easy Comrades with Filipino Brethren well one is actually related to some important World leader's military lady thats supposed to be scary BUT he Always said "Itaas Mo!" with my comrades over drinks and Amazing stories about Sneaking out with people working on the estate he made friends with to blow stuff up and adventure where He had goal of the worker kids he liked NOT having to work so he got them Permission to Be his FRIEND which is Nuts but HEY Different Cultures Allow people with money to turn out MANY different ways but He did Make Me FEEL Like "There are Cool Friendly People that DO care about Peoples' FREEDOM etc over there and I REALLY WOULDNT MIND finally making it over to meet REALLY Distant Fam as a Descendant of Balatero Fam and a few others mixed in I blank on at moments.... CORRECTION: the fossil pokemons are really based on the extint amimals of the philippines (Well most of them) Tusk Fossil: "Stegodon" which is an extinct elephant only in the philippines Paw Fossil: "Tiger(just literally a tiger) " this tiger is not totally extinct but just in the philippines for some reasons Vulcan Fossil: "Philippine Fresh Water Crocodile" once thought to be extinct but recently rediscovered in Northern Sierra Madre, Northern Luzon. EDIT: That Rare Fossil one is definitely not from the philippines, that's look more like a dinosaur which is not a single bone cannot be found in the philippines

I did a quick research and yes one species was endemic in the country. and yes i also found out that tiger fossils were also found (that's amazing!) The crocodile one, despite seeing the name, i was quick to disregard it since i thought that its evolved form was based off of a spinosaurus and i knew there's none in the Philippines. I took a look at it again and noticed that the name Volong was inspired by Lolong (thus, it is still a crocodile) the rhino one, as i found out, is also inspired by rhino fossils in the Philippines the last one however, Megalithos (meaning big rock) can not be inspired by any dinosaur from the Philippines since no dinosaur fossils are found in the Philippines yet. perhaps it is based off of legends

Lol no. Nintendo hates fan games, be it commercial or non-commercial.

if anything we need to hope it doesn't become popular enough that GameFreak finds out and hands them a cease and desist (which they can and have to comply with). But we know someone is going to spread this information around and someone of GF twitter will see it and shut this down.

It will not happen for now due to the fact that lots of filipinos arent really fun purchasing consoles. We only think that its unnecessary and theres a lot of things we can buy instead of just one thing. Do you even see a commercial of nintendo here in our local channels? Nope because our country is poor and they cant make profit on it.

I'm pretty sure the starters are based on animals you find in the Philippines, with grass being based on the binturong (a civet-like mammal found in SE Asia), the water based on the Asian water buffalo, and the fire starter is probably inspired by the Philippines crested eagle

Like, every grass starter is based in a prehistoric animal, every water type is related to a weapon ( Greninja-Shuriken, blatoise- canon, etc) and every fire starter is based in an animal from chinese calendar. Sorry for my english, I'm brazilian.
