I lived in HI for a long time, knew a lot of Filipinos, and ALL of them could belt! It is a nation of incredible singers, I'm pretty sure the tone deaf just get deported. I love their musical tradition, the Welsh are the same, they love to sing.

Bugoy came from a poor family but he strived hard to let his family get out of hard situation in life. He joined a competition in the Philippines and I think he won it . Look at him now, his family is surely very proud of what he become
