Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you this freezer meal prep! With everything going on in the world right now it wouldn't hurt to have some freezer meals prepped ready to go in your freezer; less work for you, and less grocery shopping! I always love to have freezer meals on hand for those busy days that turn into busy nights and as the clock ticks away I realize, I have nothing prepared. On those days I can throw a freezer meal straight from the freezer to a hot oven and in about one hour it's ready to eat! (regardless of how the directions tell me to defrost it. lol)

NEVER. STOP. MAKING. THESE. !!! BEST 58 minutes of my day 😅😅 we're snowed in Oregon, this came at perfect time. Also, please see if Costco has Italian seasoning by the buckets, I feel like you'd benefit from it a lot 😂😂

Your rice is hard because you aren’t adding enough water. 1 cuo rice, needs 2 cups water. Cook more rice and just double the amount of water. Of course you may know this by now since I am just watching this video. Haha

OMG! you are cracking me up. "My freakishly small whisk" that looks like 40 lbs of mashed potatoes lol. I could eat that whole bowl.. :( lol.. BTW. next time you make pasta lay the wooden spoon across the top and the water won't boil over. Annd.. lay a hand towel under your cutting board. It won't move while you are cutting your veggies.

For anybody interested here’s an amazing 10 min Alfredo sauce recipe I made. It’s cream cheese based like the pasta she made here which makes it one of the best Alfredo sauces I ever had. My family/in laws love it so much they want me to bottle it & sell it.
