In this video I head to my local Goodwill Thrift Store and fill my cart with great items to flip for a profit on eBay. I follow that up by going to the Salvation Army thrift store. Come see what I find!

I have that logitech keyboard. I am using it on this video. My htpc keyboard. Works wonderful has great range. The $300 keyboard I used to use paled in comparison and broke within a year. This one the batteries last over a year.

Enjoy watching your videos. Can you make a video on how you create your videos? All the electronics that work best for you to c film, etc. Do you attach a head camera some place while you walk around in the store? What selling sight do you have the most luck. How to you ship things the best way? Just a suggestion, creating a video would be very helpful. I’m interested in getting started picking up items and selling. Thank you. 😊

What kind of sell through rate do you look for?

Really depends on the item. I hope for close to 100%. However, on some items if the margin is really good I'll consider lower.

I work at my local Goodwill, and we sell a lot of VHS tapes, classic movies, and blu ray DVDs. As for the prices, regular DVDs are $0.99, and blu rays are $3.99.

Hey, welcome to the channel! I don't sell on Amazon. Ebay you can pretty much sell everything except things that are VERO / IP program restricted like Otterbox, Velcro, and more.

I just started flip stuff but im new running it issuse like says the real big stuff usps 2 to 3 day got alot like the big box are 21. So say like the steamer is it cheaper ship another way fedx

We mainly use UPS for things where USPS priority doesn't make sense. I will note they like to deny insurance claims way more than USPS.

Since this video and my last comment( 4 months ago) I found about three dozen of those mason jar style glasses ( the one with the sunflower ) I found with sunflower and pansies printed on them. I picked them up for about 10 cents a piece at a flea market and they are all sold and they sold in sets of four and six and they sold fast and for asking price.

What do you do with the thrift store price tags? Do you remove them before posting for resale? How do you do that without damaging the packaging?

I remove them. If they are really stuck on I will use the blow dryer method or if it's packaging I can use Goof off on I'll do that.

Hey ProPicker, cool videos! A question, if you don't mind - what's your average profit margins? For example, I saw you sold Mason jar with free shipping for like $18. If assume the shipping was around $5-8? So depending on the purchase price you made like $8-10, is that about right? Do you always cover the shipping costs in your prices?

Hey Alona! I almost always offer free shipping. Probably going to do a video on why soon since it is a common question. So, if I bought said mason jar for say 2 bucks and sold it for 18. Let's say it cost 8 to ship and fees are about 2.50. I would make roughly 5.50 pretax and pre shipping supplies. However if the jar was under a pound that would add 3 bucks on top. This is why I strive to have my average sale value be 30 bucks. However, I'll do smaller things if I'm out and about picking if I feel they make sense. Hope this ramble helped lol.
