FSR the only pro for Crawlspaces would be ease of accessing utilities that are typically behind walls otherwise. I'm from Florida where EVERY house build is slab on grade, and every time plumbing goes wrong, we have to break a wall or concrete open. It can get expensive that way. That being said, I like how utterly solid your foundation is. Looking forward to the rest of the build!
