By the way I have the 2020 SPWB in Pitch Black with red stripes from front to back. I got it brand new it had 5 miles on it January 2020. I try to take it easy on it I’m at 22,000 so not bad.
You need to squat and then do more squats. Then after that do some more squats and a few deadlift then more squats. Can’t build a house on a weak foundation my friend. Believe it or not squats make your biceps big. They don’t call it the king of exercise for nothing.
@@MrRohitENT Start off light with a 10lbs plate under your heals. Your knees will strengthen just keep good form. The weights under your heals will help with balance. Shoulder width stance with your toes slightly pointed out. Trust me you’ll be fine and your legs will come up. Your body releases more growth hormones when you squat and it makes your whole body respond. I’ve done personal training for a little over 40 years. You have to find a way to squat even if it’s light. 🦾🦾 I’ll stop preaching now and we’ll get back to our 392’s.. 😁
