Yes, we know of the basics you told in an earlier video, about upfront fees or if you're a superstar then profit share etc. I am talking about the negotiation part(by the actor/his manager with the production house) before each project starts and how they negotiate each component that go into it (fees+profit share+satellite rights share+OTT price etc). This based on the performance of his/her last movie. Would be great if you can throw light on this with real life examples, without any names of course.

I have a question, hope you find it interesting enough to answer- We have been seeing the rise of Original TV series that started probably from Sacred Games Season 1 on Netflix. I have always wondered how they make a profit from this? I know they have subscription fees which helps them, but they also need to spend quite a lot on paying for the rights for the huge collection of movies and series they have. In addition to this, how can they spend so big on an original series with production quality as good as any proper movie and with popular actors? Ex: Sacred Games, Mirzapur, Family Man, etc
