The Dope solution contains nano-carbon from palm shell + PES (polyether sulfone) + DMSO (dimethyl Sulfoxide), casting use aplicator with 125 micron.

aplikator itu yang seperti alat roll itu kah? kira kira saya bisa mendapatkannya dimana ya?

yap, aplikator itu seperti rolling pin gan. aplikator itu di datangkan dari jepang punya dosen saya. jika tida punya, bisa di gantikan dengan penggaris atau 2 plat kaca saling tumpang tindih, seperti 2 roti burger yg ditengahnya ada daging asap gan, agak ditekan sedikit supaya dapat permukaan membran yg tipis

Please can you please let me know how to store the membrane after the casting. I left them to dry in room temperature at 19 C, but if the membrane are exposed to air moisture or high temperature (above 25 C), they will decompose.

I always keep membrane on jar with fulfilled distilled water.

There are any shinkage because that membrane git direct contant with fresh air Small amount of solvent still in that membrane forming a very small amount of suspension in the surface membrane

The membrane i casted from the same sheet had differences in the flux, permeance and efficiency. Please advise the possible causes, preventions and management of membranes Or advise a reference paper that shows the detailed procedure from the start of solution preparation till the end please
