@@leif1075 It's more likely a reference to Black Peter (Zwarte Piet) who was the black companion of Saint Nicholas in Dutch folklore. For a couple of weeks leading up to the Feast of Saint Nicholas on December 5, people in the Netherlands would celebrate the character by dressing in Medieval costume and wearing blackface. More recently, it's become a very controversial subject with both those for and against it involved in violent incidents. McKinnon's character is obviously just being her completely politically incorrect self.

She was told to loose weight and had her wisdom teeth removed, not all her molars. She was supposed to be Paramount's Greta Garbo. That's why she had very pronounced, high cheek bones. You can tell the difference in her earlier films in Germany and when she moved to Hollywood. She lost all her baby fat
