The oral vaccines used in 3rd world countries actually gave the disease being vaccinated against to the patients, but you would have to get outside your echo chamber for 2 seconds to read about that. In conclusion make sure when you read true information understand correlation doesn't equal causation so font make your own conclusions without looking into causes. Also, just because something is a medical paper doesn't mean its true do your research into the people who wrote it and the people who wrote and cited work"
