Danna deserves a short clip too, Danna while battling two offensive line-men he reached right and pulled McCaffrey down when it looked like McCaffrey had room to run, Chiefs put up a great overall team effort. The blocked extra point was certainly worth its weight in "Chiefs Gold" Congratulations !!! World Champion, Kansas City Chiefs.

Old guy here. I watched the game, but never noticed on the replay of the McCaffery fumble where ChenaL did a spin move back inside of the line, to reach into CMC’s grasp and pull the football out. That was just an amazing move with quick reaction. His motor was just running on high speed the whole game. What’s really cool is that ChenaL blocked the extra point, but Danna’s hand was actually higher on that angle, as well as Karlaftis’s. I wonder if special teams coach Dave Toub watched film on their place kicker to see if he had a tendency to kick low to one side or the other. Another unsung hero on the Chiefs defense. I was a big fan of this draft pick the second I started looking at his college film. He’s really progressed this year & helps to make this KC linebacker group so deep.

Not much of a surprise to us folks here in KC. He scored a 9.99/10.0 on the RAS scale. The 3rd highest score graded since 1987. He has all the physical tools needed to excel. He is a sold downhill thumper that just loves to hit. He just happened to be situated on the roster behind Nick Bolton and Willie Gay Jr. Solid LB that drew some comparisons to Luke Kuechly, Derrick Brooks, amongst others. So happy the Chiefs drafted him :)

Its amazing how deep the Chiefs team is. How many CBs had significant snaps and because nothing went bad, we don't know their names?? Solid teams these last few years, Veach and position coaches are amazing.

The Defense and Special teams were amazing. Gave the Offense time to find there footing.

Number on that Chiefs defense deserves his own video too. He was a beast. Chris Jones was the MVP on defense though;that was pretty obvious as well.

On my Madden 24 SB simulation, Leo finished with 14.5 sacks on Purdy. Chiefs 55, 49ers 25.

that was mike pennel on the fumble. chiefs stashed him all year on the practice squad so they could bring him in to stop the run against Bills/Ravens/9rs. chiefs already resigned him for next year.

KC behaved like the defending champs. Their experience, strategic game planning, and under-appreciated defense that played spectacularly along with Mahomes at QB and Reid the coach played a higher level of football than did the 49ers. What's not being adequately acknowledged is how KC won while diminishing the contributions of 9 All Pro players on the opposite side of the ball. Not sure many, if any, teams could have done likewise. SF was favored and failed to get the job done. Not due to lack of talent. The defensive coordinator did a terrific job and was made the scapegoat. Shanahan deserves the blame for not knowing the OT rules, for electing to receive the ball in OT and not putting more points on the board in the first half. With Shanahan at the helm, it appears SF will continue to be the bridesmaid and not the bride. SF had their best chance at a SB win (McCafferty was the offensive playe of the year, he had 9 All Pro players, and overall better personnel on either side of the ball) yet Shanahan failed to get the job done. SF team ownership is wishing upon a star hoping Shanahan will deliver when his track record now is he's failed 3 times.

Go chiefs . Thank God the refs were on our side. Every pass I was so scared they were gonna call holds on our o line. Reid knows how to grease the right hands. We would have got beat down like when we played Brady if the refs hadn't been looking out for us hard. Go chiefs . Can we make it 4 sb without our o line holding a single time? I believe we can. Esp if kelce keeps doing Pfizer ads and dating t swift. The holds on bosa were so obvious but if they don't call it , were the dynasty. Go chiefs. Let's just say , if the refs be for us, who can be against us? Now that Brady is out of the league, The refs have no reason not to help us win.
