Murph ... I said it before and I'll say it again. You have the best content on NFL . Keep up with the great work ... I laugh my ass off watching your vids.
@@isiahsmith457 stopped reading after skeptical about Jalen. Should've left well enough alone, fam. I wasn't playing with what I said in the video regarding him.
@@TopBillinSports I respect it and don’t get me wrong it was a compliment! I love Jalen no diddy, I just want him to continue embracing his superpower which is winning
@@isiahsmith457 it's a team sport. His super power is only things he can control. He can't play defense. He can't block. That's too rudimentary of a comment, brotha.
A sack in 3 straight games by Nolan smith? I think he’s figuring out the league. “Flying Hawaiian”? Is that a shame Victorino reference? I see you Murph! 👍🏿
Top Billin’ has me cracking up in every video with the lil quips he adds to his breakdowns 😂 Two complete wins in a row! We didn’t do that all last season. We are starting to look like the team who we thought we were! -Dennis Green
Great seeing skinny batman respond after a 1 catch -2 yard game last week to a 85 yd 1 td day 💪 saquon getting 20 plus carries was awesome! Keep hurts at 20-25 passing attempts was perfect game plan! Kellen Moore has had 2 great weeks of offense play calls! #gobirds
YOOO MURPH! Good isht today as always. Loved the graphics added in, if you took the time to do that- great dang job it looks great and adds to the presentation a lot. Looks slick, like on the level of espn and them
Murph… you’re one of the best I’ve ever seen break down tape. Also your commentary is my type of flavor because we be smooth with our words 😂 but anyways.. I’m here because I know what you’re about to say about Isaiah Rodgers. I agree he makes this secondary better!! Keep up the great work. FlyEaglesFly!!! 🦅
One thing I note as well is how Fangio has our adjusted every opponent. Second half they clamp down and bring changeups better than opponents’. Eagles young talent has really really shown up as well. 5-2 with all the injuries and really one Saquon catch away from 6-1 is real impressive thanks to Fred J, Jergens been real good, Nolan flashing, Dean flashing, even Calcaterra making Goeddert’s absence a non talking point. Great depth team wins.
My man, i loved your breakdowns when the Gators had Dan Mullen and the offense we all loved. The other day i wondered where you had been and here you are recommended for my Eagles ❤
@TopBillinSports I've been subscribed since July 2019, unless you mean I'm not a true fan, but I can't help what youtube does and doesn't show me. It's based on my searches I believe. In any case glad to see you again I forgot about your channel with my life. Glad you're still making content. Take care.
@@lousiffer5289 - ?? I mentioned that because subscribers get notifications from the channels they are subbed to. I never stopped making content, so I don't know what to tell you. And you even said recommended for the Eagles, which I did all last season, too, and have like 200 videos on, I believe.
@TopBillinSports well I'm not sure why it wasn't recommended or why I didn't see your page until now, 5 years later. Just wanted to throw some engagement out there to help with the algorithm. I'll catch up on some breakdowns I missed the last few years during work today.
@@lousiffer5289 - Lol you skipped the main point: Subs get "notifications" when videos drop. Recommends are mostly for non-subs, bro... All good, though, bro. Thanks for tappin' in.
7:58 - I love that Jalen did this: he saw his blocker was in danger of getting beat, and he moved to his left to better position his blocker from that pass rusher. Murf, you picked some really strong plays to include in this video. Gotta give you props for that 100%
4:13 I agree. Tough spot for them with Slay as a captain that still does make some plays but has been letting up more and more. I want Rogers and Mitchell as the starters too.
Good vid bro! Love to see them using outside zone more. Just running inside makes us to predictable. Seems like Moore is mixing it up and I think our offense will be unstoppable with Jalen under center and using more play action.
If I’m going to be hard on him, I have to give him his flowers. he was on time on rhythm and spreading the ball. One of his best games in my opinion. If he plays like that, Eagles are going to be hard to deal with.
Bro...I knew you were going to break this game down. Nakobe Dean was out there like a heat seeking missile. You gotta go watch him. Great video too! Fred Johnson is an animal 💪🏽
You can see in Barkley's eyes that he's a different animal now. In NY, he looked timid because almost every run he was getting hit in the backfield like Barry Sanders did. Years of that made Barkley into a defensive runner; now he's got a team and is back to old Penn State smash-mouth football.
Man bro, I love Slay but I think Rogers and Q is the move. DeJean in the slot? CJ, Reed, Sydney Brown? Man… I the future looking bright. I just hope they realize Slay’s replacement is already in the building! Don’t let him go!
I don't like Slay. Not physical enough for my liking. Rodgers is more physical and has a ton of the same tools yet appears to be faster than Slay at this stage of his career. Slay is a big name and has played well in this league, no doubt, but I don't find him to be better than Rodgers. Rodgers is very impactful, man.
@@TopBillinSports Agreed! Him and Q have a lot of the same qualities I think they would make a great CB duo. I usually look to you to confirm my suspicions because I know the game but I’m not deep in the film like you. But man when I watch him play, his movement is so fluid and his instincts are so good it’s like we drafted Q twice.
@@TopBillinSports that’s true , the only film I’ve seen of him in Indy was a video you put out awhile back. I hope slay gets healthy but needs a week or two to get his knee right so Roger’s can show the potential of our secondary with him in it. Slay would be a HUGE trade piece for a team like the Ravens. Maybe we can get our 3rd rounder back that we wasted on Dotson.
No need. Ringo is ready. Rodgers is a more dynamic talent, and he's in his 4th year. And Slay isn't some type of leader. He's a goofball who does a damn podcast saying goofy shit. And if Slay got hurt, you'd go full fanboy and simply say, "next man up" instead of saying "the season is over."
Def need to keep slay but start Rodgers Trading Slay would be a HUGE mistake. Captain and veteran in the young CB room with 2 starting rookies. Insane suggestion lol
He's a Captain to literally nobody. Shies away from contact and says goofy shit on his podcast. Dude is a goofball. Brandon Graham is the captain for real. Zack Baun or someone like that... If you think you can bench Slay and that not be a locker room problem, then you may be new to football on this level. Disgruntled veterans ruin locker rooms. If he got hurt, you'd be a fan and still think Philly can win. You'd say next man up. Ringo is next man up.
I've been using BetUS for years and was about to have a FANTASTIC day, but them sorry behind Jets destroyed my parlay. No worries, I will be back next week.
I was just asking my guy this question about Slay and Rodgers and figured it may be due to slay being a captain and the mentorship he’s bringing for the young corners. If I’m keeping both, definitely want Rodgers to get the start and Slay reserve especially with his recent injuries.
People automatically assume because someone is older that they are a mentor. The eude has a podcast where he says dumb shit and doesn't even like to tackle, but he's a "mentor?" Theoretically speaking, but Rodgers is in his 4th season in the NFL and doesn't need mentoring.
And anyone thinking you can bench a vet like Slay and it not be a problem in the locker room with him being a malcontent, then I don't know what to say.
I line slay but I agree with you let the youth play rogers instantly looks like an upgrade. And slay still got some juice maybe they could trade him and see what sort of compensation they could get back or keep him cause his between presence is nice to have
Are we on your channel? These are my thoughts and there's no disrespect in it. Rodgers right now is as good as Slay and offers more in the form of athleticism and physicality. These aren't new thoughts from me, you just happen to click on this video and my channel for the first time to hear them.
Don’t know what said but I’m going to try again. 😅 i really thought Isaiah Rogers played very well on the play with Chase. Im excited to see more of him & that style play 7:48 in future ? that was one of my concerns in the first place . Will the scheme get better and it did .. I forgot . Why was Isaiah Rogers out so long? Also I never 👎🏾 thought weeks before Jalen was bad. I always thought it was the scheme. It just didn’t look right because I expected Kellen Moore to open up the offense by adding wrinkles w/ under center plays. Edit ✍️ I wasn’t paying attention about “Isaiah Rogers“ SLAY has the cloud over him
Yea I think Isaiah Rodgers is an upgrade at this point over slay we need to re sign tmrodgers I would love Rodger Mitchell and dejean as our 3 starting corners
From the pocket, Devonta involved, no turnovers, on the road, missing 2 starting offensive lineman and his tight end, passes over the middle, tight window passes, beat you with his arm and legs. Let's see what you Hurts haters complain about this week.
I would rather have the guy with the most potential out there. You can't have a vet like Slay in your locker room not starting, bro. He'd be a problem.
Lol Philly people be killing me with the listening skills. North Philly is a section, not a neighborhood. Shout your neighborhood, bro... Which neighborhood in North?
I don't even understand this comment. Seems like trying to be contrarian for the sake of conversation. Overpowered on a pass breakup against someone like Jermaine Burton? How do you get overpowered on a PBU?
@@TopBillinSports I prefer slay because his size & hes playing well. It’s not contrarian… I think his size limits Rodgers as a player… it’s OK if you feel differently reasonable folks can disagree. I like rodgers just not seeing a reason to bench slay if Fangio doesn’t think thats best for the defense.
@@Tmindful182 - You didn't answer the question, bro. You determined Rodgers would get "overpowered" on a PBU as if you have some type of evidence. You said that and the play was against Jermaine Burton who is the same exact size as Jamar Chase... Oh, now it's about what Fangio feels, LMAO. If that's the case, then why does Fangio feel like Rodgers should be next up over one of the biggest corners in the league, Kelee Ringo? And everyone wanted to move on from Nakobe and Huff, and I bet you didn't say that about them...Slay is 6-0 and Rodgers is 5'10. Slay weighs more, but is less physical and definitely isn't as fast as Rodgers anymore. Rodgers is flat out more physical. Slay is playing well? He plays very uneven to me.
The eagles is what a team with a good o-line that can impose their will looks like, I wish Schneider would put even half the amount of attention to our line. Very embarrassing.
Annnnd the streak continues... So damn annoying. Seattle people have to be the absolute worst fans in the sport with needing attention, man. I tell you people millions of times to not come to my Philly content mentioning Seattle. It's a simple request. You don't have to like it, you just have to respect it. It would be cool if you dudes would just talk ball, but you always have to make everything I do somehow related to the Seahawks and the shit couldn't be anymore annoying. Seattle people are obsessed with Philly, man. Literally every video I do always has someone from the Seahawks fan base on it mentioning Seattle. SMH
