A tribute to the best films of 2017 (either in terms of popularity and/or quality). This year film makers ranging from heavyweights like Spielberg, Scott and Anderson to newly established ones like Jordan Peele, have created some incredibly memorable moments. Sequels have even been great, like Blade runner 2048 and Star Wars - The Last Jedi. Films that terrify, entertain and sadden have been abundant, 2017 will go down as one of the best years for film. Lets hope that there aren't any snubs from the Oscars next year. Please note that a lot of these films have completely different tones, making it hard to properly include every film, due to this some great movies have only been included once.
