I was hesitant buying their lifetime license back in the day and I feel like they have jerked us around since then. Access to those featured is really the most powerful thing on the platform.

those videos and the silence gap removal tool are the only reasons i actually use filmora, otherwise there are other open source free software that can do the rest.

I just made a video kind of showing an alternative to this with KdenLive...its free and open source, it has all the online sources like pexels but not as easy to use as Filmora unfortunately...its scheduled to go up on few days in hopes it helps someone

I have been using Filmora for awhile now and it just always seems to just be “okay”. They seem like they are improving but never seem like they improved.

I freaking hate this update. It was such a great feature to just grab the video and put on timeline. This sh*t is about to increase the working time for a lot of filmora users.

Their move to do this, makes no sense...unless they were really told by these sites to remove that option...but they should disclose it at least to us paying users.

@@OMNITEK and today, in their Filmora Media Library, I just noticed a lack of tons of footages that Filmora had before. Not talking about partner footages, but their own. For example, I used tons of "handshakes" videos last week. There was more than 100 footages on their library, but today there is ONLY 15. Honestly, I don't understand their approach with that shit...

Kdenlive has them too, just not as easy...it has Pexels and Pixabay and others...but not as easy as Filmora used to...i will be making a video tutorial soon how to use sources on Kdenlive...(it's an open source and free software).
