What is the size of that bander? Right after the coil is placed on the turnstile by the coil car. It looks too big on the video, but I was wondering what are it's sizes? And if it is too big, since you manufacture them, can it be made smaller (if it is even possible)?
Dear Mr. Vasquez, thanks for your question and apologize for our later reply. Coil is up to 2000 mm for this line; we have done lines up to 2500 mm outer diameter.
Amazing video. Quite clear. What i'm thinking is, why do you need to unroll it first, cut it and then re-roll it? Doesn't this strees the metal? Couldn't you just cut the coil while it's rolled?
