I remember playing this game for the first time when I just a little kid and having my mind blown apart when Bowser pulled out a hammer of his own like “He can use the big hammer two!!!” I than proceeded to get my sh*t recked.

@@reika1691 Also, in the original Super Mario Bros all of the "Bowsers" that you fight at the end of castles, save the final one, are in fact regular enemies that have been turned into Bowser, not unlike True Organization XIII. Bowser and Xehanort are cut from the same cloth.
Even though the game wasn't popular, You have to admit, This battle proved that Bowser has learned all the past battles, He learn to backstab the other villain before they have the chance of using him as a vessel, He learned to never if there's a another version of himself to take it out as soon as possible. (When he first met Paper Bowser.). He learned to embrace the idea of fusion, and what better partner to fuse with than himself? He even learned to respect his enemies, No longer does he disregard Luigi, he's now just as much of a rival as Mario, Bowser's enemy isn't just Mario now it's the Mario brothers. Paper Bowser, though not as much of a villain as prime Bowser but you can see how he's influenced by his 3D counterpart, Notice how he's always trying not to be overshadowed by prime Bowser often trying to remind Bowser that they are partners in this but both know they they are only teaming up to get rid of Paper Mario and the Mario brothers once that is done they will trap the heroes as well with each other in Paper Mario's world and then burn that world. That's right Paper Bowser just went full on Dimentio.

This is literally the most beautiful way to end the Mario and Luigi series (excluding remakes) 1:20 is so freaking beautiful and definitely was the single best of this song and it's the climax while starting from 1:09 building the tension. Bowser and Paper Bowser combining forces to become Shiny RoboBowser is genius and while people do complain it's definitely the worst one in the series, it genuinely had a beautiful soundtrack!

That piano really sets the mood of this song. The deep low keys of it really shows that you're in the middle of an epic battle. This is why I love the Mario and Luigi 'Final Battle' Themes SO MUCH!

How fitting for the final chapter in the Mario and Luigi series to have it's final battle be with Bowser not a possessed Bowser, not a Dream God Bowser. But Bowser fusing with Paper Bowser and going all out.
@@blazingsonic I meant it's a rare Bowser in the Mario universe you fight... as Bowser himself! Normally, you'd face off against a final boss with the Mario bros, but not only can you play as them, but also Bowser, when taking on Dark Bowser.
@@jacobvanantwerp2001 Giving it more thought Bowser's inside story is pure fridge horror, Looking at how he handles things in battle and dealing with Paper Bowser after his battle with Dark Bowser, Well.... *This is our fault* Bowser was a bumbling villain in the Mario and Luigi series, thanks to our level grinding him and unlocking new moves, We basically helped Bowser get his groove back and placing himself as the Mario and Luigi series main villain, it started as Mario and Luigi taking on new enemies but Bowser's having none of that now.
I think its about enough time i keep on praising m&l bis because there is flaws with it but the theme is definitely more better in that game (not saying that this isnt a bop) just because of the emotions and the instrumentals conveying the true horror of the situation.

I actually dream one day that Kingdom Hearts will have some optional boss where Bowser is possessed by Xehanort because of this comment. And the reward is being able to use Bowser as a Summon. I would buy Kingdom Hearts 4 just for that. And it makes sense since Square Enix has published KH games in Nintendo systems before. It could work in the same way as Skylanders SuperChargers, as some sort of Nintendo exclusive.

This series was so amazing, it's really sad it's gone. I hope Nintendo could hire a new studio and get it back, but let's be real, it'll never be the same, even if it happened. But I'm sure that the memories of this franchise will forever stay as one of the best video game franchises. R.I.P. AlphaDream
I'm not really a fan of most of this game's soundtrack and kinda everything else about it as a whole but holy shit, this is one of the best final boss tracks I have ever heard! Right up there with In The Final from Bowser's Inside Story honestly.
A combination of two of my favorite Mario spin-offs? Well, it wasn't all too grand but holy heck, I still spent hours on this game and loved the heck outta it! Too bad we won't be getting another Mario and Luigi game unless another company takes it over but what are the possibilities of that happening? Oh well, all we can do is enjoy the games Alphadream has given us and cherish them.
If all of Bowser's forms over the course of the games fused altogether you'd probably get the strongest Mario antagonist there is. I would probably call him Apocalypse Bowser

As music, yes but for the rest, no. This game isn't bad but is too much close to the plot of the main games contrary to the other ones who are better (especially the third ones).
I see the mario and luigi series of games as a redemption arc for bowser for that universe because at the start in superstar saga and up until he saved the kingdom with the bros in inside story did he mainly get cast aside or possessed most of the time and looked pathetic but in dream team he finally seems like he's getting better at it while working with antasma then ends up getting betrayed by him right at the end and then finally realizes he can't work with any one of these guys anymore then proceeds to finally come into his own ending off the games with paper jam. That's atleast how I like to see it as my own head canon of him coming far in his journey and finally having the balls to take on the bros fully by paper jam and not giving a damn by then with how many times in the past he had been betrayed or seen as weak by the other villains. RIP ALPHADREAM YOU WILL BE MISSED!

When I was younger I sucked at multi tasking and couldn't beat the wiggler boss fight but ive decided to play it again and ive made it all the way to the end which certainly felt quite satisfying
This is basically the song of the final boss of all Mario y Luigi series because the other ones were remakes so basically this was the last story and the last boss of this series. So it mades this song even more epic
You're all wrong. They mean the pure seven hearts from Kingdom Hearts - a series the composer for this game, Yoko Shimomura, has been working on ever since the beginning of it. Her unique music style found in this very track especially gives you the Kingdom Hearts vibe, and most of the people that have played Mario & Luigi games know it. It's in fact a joke among us fans, that Yoko sometimes mixes the games and composes KH music for M&L and viceversa. Hahahahaha.

The start is sorta like both In the Final and Adventures End’s, and the start and each section, one of the final boss theme’s melody is more prominent than the other melodies
