Thank you guys for promoting Festivals, it really help with local Tourism. It's a shame they never give you media pass. They could've promote the festivities more by having free pass to influencers, but Hopefully you still enjoy Dinagyang.

I think what they did in this video was the best way to enjoy Dinagyang in some ways. As you can see in the video, they're late and never get to see the tribes for the reasons they stated in the videos. Maybe it wasn't their intention to watch the performances, do I hope they get to see one next year, even on the streets

The thing you said about the city government coming up with the best graphic designers, best video editors, etc is 100% TRUE. It's rare for a city in the Philippines to have those kinds of graphics, which is why they won awards. The Iloilo City Public Information Office (PIO) won Best Performing Information Officer, Best Agency Publication, Best Facebook Page, Best Social Media Graphics or Infographics, and Best Newsletter Category (KAUSWAGAN). They always hire the best and most creative people

Hello Guys from N.E. Wisconsin! My Fili wife and I came across your channel last night and really appreciate your fine efforts! We watched several of your videos and found them to be very helpful as in March, we will be flying into Iloilo then off to Barbaza Antique to stay with family for a few days. Thereafter, we will be head back to Iloilo for a couple days (Iloilo>Gigantes>Iloilo) then back home to Wisconsin. I see with your wonderful videos and commentary that Iloilo has changed a great deal since I was there in 2010. I loved it with my then, fiancee. We are strongly considering a natural health practice in Iloilo or other....as I have done here in the US for the last 20 or so years. We (myself, my wife and our 9yr old) plan to stay at the Injap (?) hotel across from the SM. Maybe, we could meet at the mall one of those days and gibber gabber and say hi! We don't drink, smoke or do drugs so your safe that way. :) Thank You and keep up the great content! Todd

That kid is wearing baby Jesus costume little niños as what we call them That's called freedom grandstand...a little history for you: the actual/former location of freedom grandstand is the sunburst park in front of customs office. it is there that the flag was waved after WW2...freedom from invaders...but I'm glad u enjoyed our festival...hope u did see performances live

If I wanted to go to the festival next year how much USD should I have saved to come and experience it. This is nothing like I've ever seen. hello . I heard 3K to 4K the seat at freedom grandstand to watch, but when I was a child it is very cheap ang many judging area that all the tribes have to perform , go early 2 hours b4 it start. hotels.... foods, if you have a family you can ask to stay with them just like I do when I was young. if you are in iloilo city, there are cheap hotels or lodge I think that's is what they call, and it is safe in iloilo, Iloilo is one of the safest city in Philippines,

I visited n attended festival 2017 ftom California USA to iloilo as solo traveler just for festival only i have spend around 1000 usd including food lodging transport but it depends on individual. I stayed only 5 days. It depends how you budget yrself n solo or with family. I will visit next yeR again as I m solo traveler so I think 1500 usd for 1 week as now everything expensive after covid.
