I literally just passed my state and national exams so I had to run to comments so I could say a big Thank You to Travis for all the virtual support via your RU-vid channel. I wanted to pass on my first try and I did! So grateful🤗
Travis!!!! Thank you so much for posting these helpful videos. I had a great teacher (Carol Lambert at RCCC in Concord/Kannapolis), but one of the best things she suggested at the beginning of my class was to watch your videos to supplement our class lectures. I dove in head first, and listened to everything you had multiple times. You became a household name. My 4 kids heard you in the car, my husband would ask if I had had my "date with Travis"... I pumped your videos in class every session. I'm happy to say that I crushed the class exam, and passed both the national and state exams on the first try. Again, my teacher was AMAZING and obviously cared about her class really getting the info, so this isn't to take away anything from her, but I truly believe that with my busy life I wouldn't have had the opportunity to really digest the information as well as I did without these videos being a huge part of my life the last two months. THANK YOU! If we're ever in Raleigh, we may just have to find you and shake your hand. I can't wait to begin my new real estate career!
I am in Indiana and I am going to take the test tomorrow I being listing your videos that I love it, but is a lot of information to learn, I hope I can understand the questions. I am Latina never learn English in the country, but I am trying very hard, that is the best I can do ! Thank you Travis , you are the best !!!!

I'm in Nebraska. I really enjoy listening to your videos. My classes were fine but it's been two months since I took them. Reviewing with your videos is very helpful. Due to my husband's illness & surgeries I have not been able to take an In-person exam review. Also, the FBI took 2 months to pass my fingerprints. They were "poor quality" twice!! I think your classes are a great review & I just skip over your specific State review. Thank you.
