Silent Shot can be made in the Bazaar pretty early, with 2 Fish Scales, 2 Green Liquids, and 3 Dark Stones. At this point, though, you can just buy it in the Necrohol.
Exodus using Reflect is the exact reason I put Opal Ring on my Black Mage for that fight. Also Bubble helps you survive Scathe so you don't get wiped out like you did in this video.
trial mode on weak mode w/o half the characters is asking to lose anyway. Can't see someone clearing like that unless they are a total god at the game.
I believe the boss fight with Exodus was one of the very few times I ever used the Turtleshell Choker accessory. It lets you cast magicks with gil instead of mp.
I just know that the upper crystal, lower pharos, and that extra section of the henne mines is going to be a nightmare cause of all the enemies that like to show up in swarms. Also, I know Ultima is going to give you some trouble, not just Zodiark.
15:45 yeah instances like this is where having back up damage dealers and healers/supports will come in handy :P that's what I did in weak mode anyway, if one team failed I had the other 3 for back up.
See but the thing about Trial Mode is pretty much everything except for the Judges is weaker than they are in the main game, so things that give you trouble now may not later.
@@cameraredeye3115Indigo Pendant + Warp the riffraff, Indigo Pendant + Blind Rikken, and Indigo Pendant + Berserk Elza, and the rest is just whittling them down. No Elza means no buffs, so take her out first. It’s a spike, but nowhere near as tough as the Judges.
I love how half the Espers in 12 are Zodiac Braves from Tactics, and the other half are previous final bosses: Chaos, Walker of the Wheel = Chaos from FF1 [and Vincent's Ultimate limit Break in 7 and DoC] Mateus the Corrupt = Emperor from FF2 in Devil Form Famfrit, The Dark Cloud = Cloud of Darkness from FF3 Zeromus, the Condemner: Zemus/Zeromus from FF4 Exodus, the Judge-Sal: Exdeth from FF5 Zodiark, Keeper of Precepts: Zodiark from FF9 to bring them together, Altima, the High Seraph is both a Lucavi and the Final Boss in Tactics. The Famfrit and Mateus don't look like them, but either their names or lore reference those games. And Sky Fortress Bahamut and Dreadnaught Leviathan finish the FF2 tie in by being the Whirlwind Maze and Dreadnaught, respectively. 7, 8, 10, and of all things Dragon Quest also get referenced with Gilgamesh's swords. The Wyrm Hero's blade is the Sword of Erdrick. Wyrm Hero = Dragon Warrior, since this was the first main series FF since the Square-Enix Merger
Gilgamesh has an Orichalcum weapon referencing FF9 too, it’s the dagger Zidane always holds in his offhand. Zodiark isn’t from FF9, you’re probably thinking of Necron, but that’s not it. Zodiark was the secret summon in FF Tactics.
@Jukain that's what it was. I conflated it with Ark the transformer airship summon thing... Man 9 had some wierd stuff, but thay can be said for most FFs. In 5 the villain was a damn tree, at least 3 (more if you count spin-offs) deal with time-travel shenanigans. Many are te-tellings of IRL history with a bit of star wars.
