Cait Sith from the previous Twin ranking event returns, this time with the intention to kill Bahamut with 2 Critical attacks.
Shoutout to Yuli, Zophar, Hunter and Trae from Payneblade's server for suggesting the idea to try.
The key components are Cait with Yellow Megaphone for 30% 3x crit attack and Battle Trumpet just as a stat stick. The rest of the build is to have as high as possible patk, atk, physical potency, ability potency and critical potency. Any combination of those will do that net you the highest possible number.
And specifically for max DPS, you need Cloud and Glenn, as they can main their Stream weapons for as much as possible increase to party patk. You also equip Glenn with Pumpkin Lampost for patk up on Cait, and Cloud with Hardedge for pdef down on enemy. For safety reasons to ensure buffs/debuffs stay, I also equipped each of them with a buff/debuff extension weapon. Those two don't matter, they literally are there to boost the cat, so, sure you can increase their DPS output as much as possible, but this is not as much needed as making the Cat to crit above 430K.
