What I love in the Mega Drive is how far superior it's drums are to the SNES and how clearer the music is compared to the SNES.

I see sega genesis developer hasn't make use all of the features that YM2612 bring in. You proved YM2612 isn't worse by design and it can do more.

Honestly if you wanna fall in love with the way the Genesis sounds go listen to the soundtrack for Streets of Rage 2, the Shinobi 3 soundtrack, the Toejam and Earl soundtrack, the Earthworm Jim 2 soundtrack, and the Sonic 2 soundtrack. They all slap.
