Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Aerith solo vs Rulers of the Outer Worlds

Weapon: Precision Defense - Skill Master - First Strike - ATB Stagger - Magic Up - ATB Boost
Armor:
Fire and Ice - Swiftcast | Fire - Magic Focus | Fire - Mp Absorption | Enemy Skill - Steadfast Block
Ceremonial Staff: Mag Atk +20 / ATB Rate +10% / Fire Damage + 10% / Altruistic Buff Up

So I watched ‪@yozora-‬ and ‪@coccobello9697‬ Cloud Runs and thought if Cloud can do that surely Aerith can. However Aerith doesn't have nearly as much super armor or ATB building speed as Cloud so I had to improvise. I removed the defense elemental materia and just struggled through Phoenix + Kujata to use ATB Stagger and Skill Master, I Also didn't use HP Absorb opting for Precision Defense and Steadfast Block. This ended up just being the build that ‪@Fennekin-wl8ul‬ and I use for a lot of runs and it's just as busted here as it is there.
I got a really strong Bahamut/Titan and Gilgamesh, but just OK Odin/Alex and Sephiroth. I didn't realize how close Aerith was to sub 4 minutes because my other runs were 04 20 to 04 30 times. With a better run she can get less than 4 minutes, but as always the problem is Bahamut/Titan and to lesser extent Gilgamesh.
