I removed Tifa's Strength Up materia, which gives me 60 strength, to simulate weapon level 8. Since she's the main DPS, that covers the whole team. Put your Strength Up in the empty slow I gave her.
In hindsight, Cait really needs first strike to summon the moogle immediately. I would probably get rid of revive or subversion in order to add first strike.
General strategy
At your discretion, pop manawall onto your group with Aerith, and regen with Cait Sith. This will keep you pretty safe throughout every fight.
Tifa will be your battery. Use unbridled strength to reach maximum chi (Rise and Fall) and use Rise and Fall and Omnistrike to build your ATB back fast. At full ATB, use unbridled strength twice to proc ATB assist to give ATB to Aerith and Cait. Use plasma discharge and sonic boom to help you do more damage. When an enemy is about to stagger, make sure you have ATB and chi levels to help build stagger bonus.
Aerith has trouble building ATB on her own, but when she has an opening, she can use spellbound blast (R1+square or triangle) to give her and her partner a big chunk of ATB. She's going to be your barrier bot, and a with trancendence she will help you kill enemies in and out of stagger. Optionally, you can remove barrier+magic focus and add lightning+wind and MP Up to help against Titan and Alexander. Use arcane ward when you want to do heavy elemental damage.
Cait is a bit weird. He needs first strike to get going but the moogle can be a major help in keeping pressure off the team. He will be your primary healer because Aerith and Tifa are too busy doing other things. I really only included him because of Moogle Knuckle which increases stagger bonus by 40%, which massively helps Tifa do her DPS. If you want, you can replace him with Barrett, who builds ATB extremely quickly and is overall more user friendly.
Kujata+Phoenix
Largely non-threatening because of elemental-fire. To kill more quickly, build Aerith up with arcane ward. Kujata will always become weak to either fire or ice, and you can pressure him with two spells he's weak to. If he becomes weak to fire, Tifa can also help pressure him using Aerith's ward. Blizzard is great against Phoenix once he's vulnerable.
Titan+Bahamut
Titan is weak to wind. Tifa should use reverse gale on him for high damage. If you give Aerith lightning+wind, she can help bring Titan down fast with arcane warded aeroras. When Titan eventually dies, Tifa's synergy skill will launch her in the air and is excellent for helping her clip Bahamut's wings while he's charging. Save your synergy abilities for when Bahamut is most active.
Odin+Alexander
There's no getting around it. You're going to need to learn how to perfect block. Activate plasma discharge early. After Odin has used a skill, Tifa can respond with rise and fall, and omnistrike, as they don't count as ATB abilities, and use the ATB she builds to do extra lightning damage to Odin and charge Aerith and Cait. If you are clean and Alexander doesn't grief you too much, you can kill him in one stagger. For Alexander, you want to use synergy abilities to interrupt him and destroy his arms quick. You can also use Tifa's Trinity Strike to nearly kill an arm if you're good at it.
Gilgamesh
Keep manawall and regen up. Spend most of your time as Tifa, parrying and looking for openings to proc ATB assist and charge Aerith and Cait. Aerith should arcane ward as early as she can to prepare for genji shield. Have Cait use dispel to cleanse his buffs, and use plenty of fira to break the shield and pressure him. He has a few attacks that will combo you to death if you aren't careful, so take advantage of pausing, lockon, and Tifa's maneuverability.
Sephiroth
You really just need to parry his shadowy chains. He's far less threatening than Gilgamesh. Keep manawall and regen applied, and even octaslash isn't all that threatening. Slowly build his stagger bar with perfect blocked shadowy chains, and use overpower or her uniques (rise and fall/omnistrike) after blocking it to open him up for a couple seconds.
