Something about a child being so... desperate? That they turn to sing a Hymn of Faith in hopes it will bring salvation. Someone so young should never have to bear that kind of weight. It's sad. Yet, it makes us want to step up and put a stop to it. To make it so the child never has to sing again. Much like Tidus wanting to make sure Yuna never has to dance a sending again.
I'm pretty sure it's because it was sung by a child. Though, in-context, it could be because Bahamut is dissonant to the others? Though it would make more sense for Anima to be dissonant. Ah well, missed opportunity there, I suppose.
I think it is meant to be a harmonisation in the original, it’s just that because it is sung by a child and because all the other voices are harmonised in perfect fifths, it sounds off when you hear them together
I suffer from severe anxiety and sensorial hypersensitivity to the point of almost living in a constant crisis/breakdown state and this FINE PIECE OF WORK AND ART just made me a lot calmer and will defenitely in my lists and continuing helping me with all my "stuff". And not just that but it did touched my inner self/soul/whatever and just thank you vm sorry for all the text, this is kinda big deal
