Such a solid boss battle. Probably one of my favorites in the game so far. Plus, Hugo is a satisfying villain.

Killed him just in time. I was at 40ish HP and I was in the process of casting thunderstorm (right before he recovered his stagger gauge) If he finished his animation of attacking me, I would have lost.
