It was what you needed it to be when you needed it, but you have outgrown this blessing in mind, body, and spirit. God always has better waiting for us; we just have to get tired of where we are and see that we deserve better. You were faithful with humble beginnings, now God can trust you with more.❤❤❤
Very very smart to blog all of this. I left an apartment where when I moved in the carpet was so filthy they didn't even vacuum. I had to get friends to come in we had to rent carpet cleaners to clean the carpet before I could finish moving in. I took video of everything including the nasty water removed from the carpet. I sent them a bill and took it out of my second month's rent since they had the 1st. From then on it was war. When I finally left 3 years later they had the nerve to come in and pull the carpet up trying to say my dog messed the carpet up. I sent them the video, including the video of the apartment move out and told them you better return every dime of my money, or I'll see you in court with the video...needless to say I got my money.
Yup sis. And the super confirmed that they received my notices and was aware that I was moving when I contacted him to hand in the keys. So they intentionally ignored me 😒
@@GlamMzMore I am a mail carrier at the station in that area. That address on the door is what triggered me. I deliver to that address. ❤️❤️❤️👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
I cannot believe how lax the building management was, but I’m not surprised. It’s sad they just collect rent and do nothing for the tenants. Everyone deserves to live in a nice place and that includes painting, good flooring, and maintenance when needed. Good riddance. Let it be the next tenant’s problem.
Exactly this. I kept the apartment as nice as I could and it disguised how bad it looked. But once it was empty it dawned on me that the place was a mess. They’ll renovate for sure though because that’s the only way they will be able to majorly increase the rent since it’s a rent stabilized apartment. Straight slum lords.
