Right, my assumption is, the electric furnace cannot support a heat pump, so whoever added the Carrier to it wired it as straight cool, the Carrier will go with the new owner of the home who i sold it to, the mobile home is getting hauled out and a brand new manufactured home (MH) put in it's place, a 6 month-1 year process as new, custom ordered MH's take along time to build, plus factor in the permits, inspections etc...
