This is beautiful!!! I'm fixing up a 1967 Shasta 1600...it should probably be stripped down entirely, but I'm just trying to make it look pretty this season. I'm curious to know...where would I find a rock guard or the hardware for the front window? Also...it sits soooo very low. I think I'll need to flip the springs and axel. Do you know how to make that old faucet work? Someone took out the fresh water tank, but I want to add it back and use faucet primer. Do I just pump it??? I haven't seen any videos showing how they work. Thanks for showing us newbies how to do things!!

Chris Abby makes all of my rock guards. The old pumps never work. The rubber seals wear out. New ones are available. Good luck

Nice job ! How many hours did this take ? 400 ? I have no idea. When did Shasta start installing showers ? I saw a 22 footer with a shower. Thanks for the post, love the colors !

I just watched this video and this Shasta very closely matches what my wife and I have. We are planning a restoration and believe it or not, we have the same color and model 4Runner. That color is Lime Rush and we definitely need someone to talk to in regards to restoring this 63ish year old camper. My wife wants to and I want to, but we are curious how much a full restoration is or if it’s economical to get someone else to do it like yourself.
