I have a question about the entry doors on houses in puerto rico. I noticed that the doors are mounted with the hinges to the outside which makes it easy to brake in by popping out the bolt that goes through the hinge. My aunt came from puerto rico to nyc to visit and her house was robbed because they popped the hinges off and took the door as well . All doors here in the US open inward.

Oye Chico! Muy buen trabajo! Inspiring before and after. We’re here for 6 months and have fallen in love with the island and the kind folks we’ve met. You are living our dream. We are considering moving here but there are so many choices! All I want is una haciendita con árboles frutales, a few chickens and my life would be complete 😄 we’ve already found a great church which is top of the ‘must have’s’ list.
