The Final Boss Dialogue compiled into one video. Enjoy ^^ (PLEASE NOTE: I could not find all of Knuckles's dialogue. This was the best I could do. My apologies.)
That’s a mistranslation. Sonic isn’t the ultimate lifeform, Shadow’s just acknowledging him as an equal (maybe more, I can’t remember the exact translation).
@@Dairunt1 Shadow saying there’s no way Sonic could have used chaos control without an emerald isn’t exactly a reliable source. Tails said that the emerald had the same wavelength and properties of a real emerald, something Sonic himself calls back to before doing it. So the fake emerald has basically the same powers, just not as potent. Shadow didn’t know what exactly the fake emerald was capable of, and his assertion that it was impossible is more him expressing shock at the feat itself. If Shadow was given the fake chaos emerald to inspect and use himself, he might not believe it to be so far-fetched. So, moral of the story is never underestimate Tails’ engineering genius, and don’t take off-hand comments about previously unprecedented feats as total truth.
@@Hewasnumber1I'm pretty sure the translation is basically correct, after seeing the accurate translations. But feel free to prove me wrong if you gather new info.
What I heard is that they forgot to have him record those lines and only realized once it was too late to get him back into the studio in time. Ryan was able to fill in, so he did.
I Like how sonic is just : SHADOW GET BACK TO THE COLONY GET BAAAACK 1:54 To 2:10 And at the end they are both arguing about who should switch with eachother 2:24 To 2:47
Sonic and Shadow's dialogue with each other here is great. You can just feel that their rivalry is over and that they now truly respect and care for each other.
In lore, I wonder what’s going through their minds (Amy, Tails, Rouge, Knuckles, & Eggman) when they’re telling Sonic and Shadow to leave as the colony is about to crash and destroy the earth.
I remember when I was growing up, I heard a rumor that if the fight dragged on long enough, Eggman would have dialogue implying that he was sending out drones to collect information on the battle, setting up Shadow's return and the Shadow Androids for the next two games. Little did I know that such a line never existed, and that Shadow was originally meant to be a one-off character with no additional appearances past this game.
I never thought about this, but do you sonic and shadow have head pieces? Otherwise how can they hear their teammates (I would also ask how they can hear anything at all in space, but that’s a different can of worms.)
Everyone already had some form of long-distance communication as shown earlier in the story (seemingly even without needing to use handheld devices, as shown when Eggman calls Shadow to remind him about Prison Island blowing up), so in this case I imagine the Hero and Dark teams just tuned into one unified frequency during Last Story
