With 37608 in Matching ROG Green livery - 93001 finally resurfaces from Worksop headed to Crewe South yard.
See the loco in Workshop down yard, before 37608 arrives from Derby to collect it. Watch as the Tractor runs into Worksop station before switching back to access Harry Needle's yard.
Amit a torrential rainstorm - Both locos exit the yard and head off towards Sheffield.
We pickup both locos passing through Tapton Junction and Chesterfield on their journey across to Crewe.

37 whispers to the new loco. Many of you's young'uns have come and gone with modern horsepower rates, reliability and now green credentials. But none of you have took the best train quality title from me yet. Thats why they call me the master of thrash.

Noticed 08865 in the yard too - wonder what's in store for it? Still, at least its in a better state rhan my old hornby model of it 😂 That livery also looks really good on 37608 i think

Good to see that the Class 379s are to be heading to Great Northern which I think it's a good idea. Rather than seeing them still parked up and having no where to go. Hopefully Great Northern should introduce the Class 379s in service by the end of this month.

It’s not technically mainline as the 93 has yet to be on the mainline under its own power it’s only been towed everywhere

@@LincolnshireTrainSpotter225 its due at rail live at Long Marston late June in front of all the railway bigwigs so its likely to be checked over inch by inch before being sent over. As well as this one in the U.K. there are pics of others in Valencia ready to be shipped over so I dont think R.O.G. can afford anything to go wrong if it fails in front of the bosses of potential clients they may as well scrap them at the same time as the class 90's
