In this au many things change, hisashi and inko had a car accident that's why they died, inko is in heaven while hisashi is in hell (for obvious reasons) What tenko was referring to is that hisashi left the L.O.V to katsuki and shoto but they no longer wanted to continue with that life so they abandoned him and that is why tenko has a grudge against them and calls them traitors
Well apart from the quirk that eri-chan has (canon in the anime) which is the "rewind" that was the one that allowed her to return the boys alive, in my au she has a second quirk called "Medium" this makes her she can communicate with the dead even see them that is my reason why hisashi was able to communicate with her.
