Hey hey friend, it's a miracle. I finally feel like I have a doable, refreshing + energizing morning routine for me and that starts at 5:45 👏 I get asked a lot what my mornings look like since I work from home + homeschool and to be honest for years it was (and somedays still is) a total mess.
Oh girl, if you only knew how long I have compared my morning routine to other women + friends, you would be like Erin...get outta that pretty little head and STOP! I hope this video if nothing else helps you realize that your morning routine needs to be what you need it to be, not what social + RU-vid influencers tell you!
For instance, I used to want to stay in bed and pray/meditate/read before I worked out as I was taught that should be priority over working out, but girl...I kept falling asleep! So I needed to move my body first!
