I got 307 miles left… just got my bike like a week ago…. Can’t wait….. I’m so tired of short shifting and being limited to like 110 then hitting 8k redline…
Are you in race pro modes yet? Adjust your preload? Mess with DCC in race pro? Exhaust sounds good, as far as I know, you only get exhaust sound mode in race or through the race pro modes
Amazing how BMW bikes have the Monronee sticker so you know what the bike is equipped with unlike Harley, Indian and so many others… Best finance programs/incentives… Just sayin. Love that rocket Congrats my fellow Veteran🫡🇺🇸🌵
That wasn’t the service light. That was the warning light for the turn signals. I did install the turn signal dummy, plugs. I don’t know why the light came on. We have to look into it.
The oil and filter is around 125 dollars. Labor is 180 bucks an hour. On mine I did my own oil change (my oil and filter from BMW was 120) and just had them remove the rev limiter and they charged me half an hour labor and 25 dollars in parts for them using the machine to connect to the bike.....Service Departments are LITERALLY insane. I am betting they charge 90 minutes labor for the oil change, 30 minutes for reprograming, and another 30 for checking the chain, fluid levels, and the other things on the 1st service checklist.....so 450 - 600 dollars depending on your dealer....there is a video of a guy in Texas that calls 6 different dealers and is quoted 430-650 all around Houston for the 1st service.
@@MC-ix3lh Here in the USA they think mechanics have PhD's and oil filter wrenches are made of gold!! 😛. The business model in the US is that they arent selling as many bikes, but they make the customer think that ALL SERVICE needs to be done by the dealer, and they charge 180-190 dollars an hour for it.....and my local dealer, they hired 2 of thier mechanics off of FB ads...LOL...I wouldnt let them change my blinker fluid. THey have one guy who is a certified Ducati mechanic (actually trained). Our local HD dealer has 1 Master tech and hte rest are useless....but they still charge the customer the same, no matter who works on the bikes....hence why I help as many people as I can to work on thier own bikes...
