Nasto should not buy materials for a big house now. I know a lot of people all around Africa who went broke because of greed. Their ego want to showing off by building a big dream house. You should rather finish furnishing the house you have and invest in other things
So far this is the best advice I have seen on this channel but I think people fear breing abused but you are honest. I tell in my place people built big mansions but now they need capital to run their businesses but now they are trying to sell the houses but no one is buying .I have alwys said if I have a way of reaching himand advice .that house they have a lot needs to be done around the home ,then save capital and then continue to build again good .
