I don't know why the algorithm recommended this channel back in the day, but I remember that first video and thinking "If he pulls this off, it's going to be amazing!" and it is.

Four years goes by in a blink of an eye. Watched every episode. And missed you during your recovery. To see the finale result so far is beautiful. Can't wait to see what you do with the lower level. Great work. You should be proud of yourself.

The Apothecary / library cabinet would make an excellant storage space for coffee, tea and spices in the area near the kitchen / dining rooms. Maybe integrate it near a beverage center.

Idea for the iron door decor: Turn it horizontally, shape like a dog bone, add some pegs for hanging, and use to store Tex's wardrobe and leashes! Or cut it and use for tabletop-epoxy it like stained glass.

Stuff ideas: I'd remove the legs on the card catalog and make a niche in the kitchen wall and use it for loose tea or spices. The iron door guard I would suspend from the ceiling as a pot rack.

I love the library card cabinet. I have one with 45 drawers. I keep all of my art supplies that will fit in the drawers. Brushes, tubes of paint, jewelry making supplies, et al. Congratulations on a job well done!!!

You should consider a maker and son’s couch, always my top one recommend. Admittedly it’a pretty pricey, but the quality definitely makes up for it.

I think most people would have found it difficult to imagine a result this amazing when you first showed the building off. You haven't just renovated and made it liveable, it's so stylish and elegant and full of fun and eclectic elements that somehow all work together. I know it must have added a lot of extra work for you to document everything and make it into this series of 50 videos, so I thank you for being committed to that. It has been truly enjoyable to follow and look forward to seeing what was next. My favourite parts of the whole home are your dark kitchen countertops and the bathroom vanities you made. I love the smooth finish of the concrete and the unique designs you came up with for the bathroom sinks. I don't own my own home but if I ever get an opportunity to make over a bathroom or kitchen I definitely want to try concrete counters. Congratulations on the grant! I hope everything goes smoothly for getting it put into action so you can do something just as amazing downstairs as you have up :)
