Today we fixed White Claw, my Acura RSX, with a new aluminum radiator! This is one that I got off of Amazon for pretty cheap and it worked! Sorta.. 😅 Good enough for me to try out my first WOT pull in the car though!

White Claw is BACK BABY 🔥 Turns out buying the cheapest aluminum radiator was NOT the best idea and I probably could have just away with a bunch of JB Weld on the crack 😂 I’m also caught up on videos so what car would you like to see content with the most?? PayDay, Zoeii, Garii, or White Claw?? (Mustang, 350Z, Eclipse, or RSX)

I actually just started driving an Acura Tl and I love it. There is some things i need to do to it for sure. I say do what you wanna do. Work on what car you wanna work on. I watch it all anyway. 😁😂🙏

I own an 05 RSX Type S and from personal experience, you need that bolt on the bottom of the T bracket "the uterus" or it will start to tear the metal, and one day your hood will come up when you're driving. And also for the oil filter, go at it from the top, its a lot easier.

Also yes when vtec kicks in the sound of the engine tends to change. I own a Honda so I promise I’m not lying

The left-hand ignition is due to Porsche's history and the traditional method of starting Le Mans. Drivers would literally run to their cars and try to beat the others to start the race. So being able to start the car with your left hand while do your seatbelts with your right, you can do both and get that competitive edge.

The Porsche's key on the left is for race reasons. Its so the drivers can start the car and put in gear quickly.

Driving a FWD in an autocross is basically backwards from a RWD. For example, if the rear gets squirrely you apply more throttle instead of letting out. It’ll take a bit to get used to for sure.

I have an '02 RSX-S I bought new and is still my daily. The VTEC won't kick in until @6800rpm unless you have a swapped ECU. Most of the aftermarkets seem to lower it to @5500. The rattle could be the half shield over the axle. It's a pain, but the gaskets for it rot and fall out. So at certain rpm, the vibration makes it rattle. Honda made it as one piece, so you can't replace the gasket. I ended up getting some garden hose gaskets, cut a slit and pushed in place. Been a couple of years and haven't had a problem. There are some videos out for common RSX issues. Some are worth a watch. Look out for leaky taillight gaskets.

When people say hondas are easy to work on, they are mainly referring to the early 90's- 2000's models. They all have so much room in the engine bay. The models after this don't have all the room like they used to.

White claw is the best content for you to put out cheap and easy to work on. Put a Chinese turbo kit on it tune it and have fun. Those little two turbos revving out to 9000 RPMs are so much fun

Fun fact about the Porsche they put it on the left side so when you run to start up your car you’ll be right there and you can just start it up right there on the spot this was back in the old days when you have to run to your cars to start the race

I love working on my lexus because it's so clean underneath. But I swear, it doesn't matter how many times I clean my 4runner and how many times I get under the car, i always have dirt fall in my eye. So i feel ya

The older Hondas are where it's at🤣 anything after 2000 was a pain in the ass. I have a bunch of accords and civics. They're not bad. The worst radiator I've ever done was on my 03 duramax though

I highly recommend a exhaust header and a 3 inch exhaust with a test pipe that will increase the power pretty well as those cars suffer from breathing

RSX crack heavy VTEC so what you hear is a natural change in VVT and having a ram air intake will also change its breathe, if it makes any sense.

Sounds like you need to rev her out a few hundred rpm more. That did sound like vtec to me but you were shifting sooner then you can.

It was Vtec. Honestly it just caught me off guard so I wasn’t sure if it was hurt. Now I know it can rev to 9k safely lol

In my experience going "fast" around corners in a fwd car, since you're pulling the car not pushing, the rear end can sometimes come out with little to no effort. Could just be the clapped out crx with no interior I used to drive, or just not having enough tire on the back. Either way, once you get used to it, they're actually really fun.

I honestly hate working on Honda bc of all their clips and shit. One day I was working on my mom’s odyssey and she needed a new alternator, usually shit like that is like an easy replacement on any other car but first all the clips like broke on both the top end and the bottom. Then I tried to pull out the alternator wouldn’t fit through the bottom and then I had to remove the windshield washer fluid reservoir and lift the engine with a jack in order to barely squeeze the alternator out and put a new one in. This took a total of like 4 hours. It was terrible if you don’t have a lift. I told my parents never again will I do that in a garage with no lift.

Vtec kicks in at 6200 i believe. I drive a tsx with the k24a2 stock vtec 6200-6300. Reflash and lower it to 4500 youll feel a huge difference

Thats how they usually sound when vtec hits. Also typically its like 5500-6000ish most are different though except civi si’s theyre just about 6k

It’s not 200hp, pretty sure that’s a K20A3 that makes around 160ish, unless it has a K20A2, and that’s the motor you want

Take it from me. If the back tires are low on pressure, are bald, or wet then you can and will spin out on sharp turns

I had a 02 rsx type s and boy oh boy I hated that dam thing I had to take the radiator out a few times wound up cutting the ac completely out to but eventually found it wasn’t the radiator it was the water pump leaking haha 😂
