Finally Found Some Decent Night Lights

After many years of searching I finally found some night lights that work good for us. They are GE motion activated 40 lumen LED motion sensor lights. This is a Amazon link to the lights I purchased. amzn.to/2DkvkV1 using this link will provide a small commission to help support my channel.

that was great...im looking at these nightlights right now...they also have 100 lumen ones now also ...but seeing ur video gave me an indication of how much light the 40 lumen ones can produce so i think i will go with those and save some money at the same time...thanks again!

Thanks a lot for sharing. A few days ago I went to pills my veggies and my veggies sharpener was doing "nada", I watch a video and there you go, problem resolved. Never out of subject, every info is important for someone in the world.

I'd like to put something like this in my hallway. However, home builders don't seem to like putting outlets in hallways. I'd think they would seeing it would be a good place to plug in a vacuum.

I have 3 outlets in my hall. I think it is code in NY. These lights work pretty good and I am going to put some under the bed also. Thanks for watching.

You can get them from Amazon or in just about any store also. I just don't like promoting Amazon because it is hurting local stores .

I found the perfect place for one, but the sockets are taken up. If this had an outlet on the bottom or front, I could put it there.

These provide better light then the old bulb type and the sensor will work at over 25 feet on mine. Thanks for watching.

Nice lights but you will trip on something before you get to the nightlight. I use the simple plug ins but i use the 7 watt lights. It is manual on/off. I put one in every room so (and one in front of a full length mirror) so it is extra illuminated.

These are only 1.5 watts when on and put out much more light then the older bulbs. There is always enough light from the clock radios to get out of bed but I am going to put a couple under the bed next for when your feet hit the floor. Thanks for watching.

Mines goes off at random times at night. On and off with nothing in its way. Had for a year or so. Wonder if old? I did like it when it was working correctly. Now wondering if I buy another each year or if there's any better ones?

I just put the GE night light in my Amazon wish list for future purchase. Thanks for the review. I don't know if you ever thought about security cameras, but I recommend Ring.com website for Ring flood light security camera and spotlight camera and Ring Pro doorbell which I have and I like them very much. For tips you can check on RU-vid for Ring Pro doorbell, flood light security camera's, etc. I have seen them at your favorite Costco store and Home Depot, Best Buy. I bought at Home Depot and Ring.com website. Just last week Friday my Ring flood light security camera caught a guy in my driveway checking out my wife's car at 1:46am with a flashlight. My smartphone alerted me, but by the time I looked out window he was already gone. I reported to Police and sent them the video. Don Zelmer from Milwaukee

They are the best I have found so far. Hopefully they last a long time. Drug users break into cars if you leave anything valuable where it can be seen everywhere anymore. The ring is good as a second line defense when you live in the country where it takes the cops a long time to respond. Thanks for watching.

Unemployed Redneck Hillbilly Creations, Thankfully my wife always locks her car and luckily she didn't have anything of value out. Had she had anything of value out in sight, I am sure the guy would have broken her window. Even though I got the alert on my smartphone, I didn't see anything and thought it may have been a bug that motion detection picks up. I didn't see the video until four hours later when I got up and checked out the motion detection videos. I wish I had seen the guy at 1:46am shining a flashlight in car. By the way; my wife and I drove to Green Bay, Wisconsin to see the Packer Hall of fame and there is a lot of new building going on. They added a huge slide last Fall across Lambeau Field Packer stadium that is used for snow sliding. At the top of the at least two-three story tall slide was a big sign that said: ARIENS HILL sponsored by Ariens snow blowers. I thought of you with your Ariens problem. Don Zelmer from Milwaukee

I paid about $11 for that exact model, but no matter where I plug it in it stays on permanently. About every 10 seconds you see a half second blink, and then it stays on. I found this video searching for a solution, but nothing so far.

You must have a defective one. I have 6 now and they all work perfectly. After they are plugged in they stay on for about a minute and then the motion and light sensors take over. Every once in a while you will get a flicker if the light levels in the room are on the trigger point of the sensor. We love them. Thanks for watching.
