Definitely get a full exhaust on the hatch. You will be able to drive it more. It also won’t be quite so obnoxious on long trips & your ears will love you for it
Agreed cause you could tell throughout the years making cars look good just wasn't in the budget. MR2 was the closest to super clean I saw. Hoping this comes out super clean
Don’t hate me.. I don’t like a red car. Plus.. red cars attract cops. A deep purple would be cool. Rally anything but red. Thanks for the ride fellas. 5 years subscribed. Or close. I saw your second or third video first.
So glad Adam is doing the hatch!! Hatch is gonna look soooo 👨🍳💋 Hatch deserves the love ❤️ Thank you 🙏🏽 guys for having BodeVision paint the hatch again. Gonna be Sweet!! Let’s Go!!
Dude it's going to be so satisfying to see a car that's been clapped for so long be cleaned up and transformed. I'm really glad you're staying red and color matching all the trim and doing the new front, those few things will make it look so much better. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
I love the red with black accents, its the look it started with and you should keep it and just do an OEM+ look. It would be very clean all red will not standout in my opinion amongst all the other solid color civics at the meets/races.
Personally I think you should keep the carbon doors and probably wrap it in the same color red that you want then paint the entire car to match that same red on the doors, also for the hood exit you can probably run it down instead of up or run a full exhaust for that clean look but those are the options i can think of, can't wait to see the hatch, she deserves it all
Glad to see Adam bouncing back! I started following his channel after working with you guys and Taylor with the miata. Super cool dude! Hope to see his channel grow and his business. Oh and it's awesome to see the Hatch getting love. Also i agree save the money put the doors on the other civic. Makes to much sense! Keep up the awesome work guys
Along with the power upgrade the miata needs some larger front tires to help keep her planted and stop it from pushing through the burnout. Edit: I would try to find some vinyl wrap in a red you like to wrap the carbon doors with. Then color match the car to it. That way your not damaging the doors and it'll look normal
@@Limitr5.7 true you could but it's already pushing through at stock hp of that k series. They are about to potentially double or triple the hp output. I don't think lowering tire pressure will keep her planted. It will surely help but changing out the likely stock tire size of 195/50/15 to a 205 or 225 plus lower tire pressure and keeping stock size on the rear it would definitely keep it planted
A lot of that push through is because its not got much wheel speed. Once its boosted it will spin at least a gear higher and that will mean far less rear grip. A big front still isn't a bad idea though - if nothign else it would help get it going.
You two are an incredible team, you always wanted the boiz to mean a team and you tried a few others until Wyatt showed up and killed it, plus he is racing his build to. Watching since the 1'st video from Canada.
Been watching since the “parked on the side of the freeway waiting for races” days and I’ve always said it would look better with some new paint. Glad I got to see the day 🙏🏽
I love seeing you guys work with other channels. Weather its Cleetus, or Brent, or hopefully soon enough Rich Rebuilds. This is amazing! And I see you already got the leaf blower mod installed, lol. Man! There were a lot of updates in this video! Heck yea! Fire me up! One random question, you still finding time to hit the gym with your busy schedule? Cheers guys!
Like, in an age of top comments and algorithms, what's the point? It promises no benefit, and y'all always say nothing important or interesting to go with it? C'mon...
Finally!!! The hatch deserves some love. It’s the reason I started watching the channel like 6-7 years ago. Can’t wait to see it done. Wish it was gonna be pained like a nice pearl white or something. Let’s go Kyle we’re so pumped to see the progress! Keep killing it brother!
Been waiting for this for a long time, glad the car that started it all is finally getting some TLC. Also glad you decided to go 99-00 front, I’ve always preferred that over the 96-98 because of the less blocky more sleek look. But I’m a little biased 😜
2 suggestions! #1 -DON'T Paint the carbon Doors, if anything wrap the carbon doors an like you said paint the other doors to match with the body #2 is I VOTE to move the hood exit to a side exit or even Better run it under the car out the rear with a place to open it for moon tune days, It's now a street/drag and drive car for the most part so having a quietish rear or side exit with option to undo a vband to a fulling flowing exhaust dunommnmmk
I think the hatch should keep some of the black accent pieces like the door strips & stuff. but tbh, im some random & whatever yall feel is the move will probs be 10/10 regardless
Honestly the more streetable "sleeper" vibe of the hatch would look good with the black trims. The all metal doors should be fine on the hatch, put those carbon doors on the rwd civic.
You were talking about looking for a bigger building why don't you look around the building you have in your backyard look for a manufacturer's Mark or address or phone number maybe you can have that extended and move your carport over there where that tree fell down and make your building twice as big as it is now and keep everything on your own property so you don't have another rental payment or purchase price other than doing something for yourself at your own place
All one colour, get rid of the hood exit exhaust, spruce that interior up. That hatch has so much potential to become something really special being your first car and all
Maybe change from hood to fender exit I’d assume it’s cheaper doing all that to the fender rather the hood should you need to replace it from something
I've always liked the look of a carbon fiber hood, hatch, rear spoiler, mirrors along with front and rear lips. It's kind of hilarious seeing you worried about $3k doors when you have stupid projects like that air boat and the other little boat that cost way more than that. The hatch deserves all the love since it pushed your channel to grow to begin with.
Hi, Bob Cheese! Great to see your hatch finally being tidied up, mate! Any plans for re securing the slam panel, front panel etc after you chopped it all out for FMIC etc clearance? I never thought I'd see this car without the ECU lying in the footwell, let alone shiny paint! It's gonna be great. 💪🏻
About time the hatch gets some love, would love to see it get turned into a real clean street looking car while still seeing it occasionally run some passes!
My first car was a Chevy S10 and it was a stick shift and there was also the only car ever blew off the transmission in it it shattered the bell housing and put a dent in the floor. Did turns up burnouts and drifts with it. The transmission didn't blow off doing a burnout just regular driving stuck at a stoplight
This paint job is an after thought. There's so much that needs doing before a paint job in my opinion. The carbon should stay and more carbon added. The amount of money you've spent on stupid shit and the hatch gets over looked even though it made your channel what it is. This really bugs me.
