All fun and games till you clamp it onto your lil side table, and it goes flying across the room mid race from the force of the steering wheel😭Make sure you use a sturdy surface yall
@@meowredacted975 Yes it does. It will shake tables MOUNTED to the wall. The original model did not do this. The only model you can get new is the Driving Force one with better force feedback.
Yeah man I love mine. Bought the stand and seat for it. Started out using ot on GTA5 with the reasnow s1. Then moved on to GT7. Now I’m playing through NFS Payback. It’s been a blast.
@@jaroshus It's almost 1 grand for full set Thrustmaster ( shifter and handbrake). I didn't have much choice tho. I'm a beginner anyway. I like my g29, but I will get the T300RS for my next upgrade.
I’m torn between the two, I hear thrustmasters aren’t built as well so they don’t last as long yet they use a belt system and have nicer shift paddles am I completely wrong
Although it isn’t a very fancy wheel at all, I was able to do 6 hours of driving with it in the iRacing Daytona 24. I really enjoy it and it gets the job done well.
Pro tip, set up your pedals properly so the cord doesn’t push up against something , I’ve ran the g29 for about 3 years now and have had to fix it 3 times (under warranty). the throttle / brake / clutch , tend to play up , due to the cord being bent
What games do you play and how strong you set your ffb? I got my g29 two months ago. Im setting the ffb as low as possible. In gt7 the ffb is 2 (up to 10) and acc competizione the ffb is 17%. Do you think thats a good strategy to make it last longer? Since im poor and the prices in brazil are really high i cant afford another one. Other thing i do is cover with a plastic when not using to avoid dust in the pedals and wheel. Im having such a good time playing acc and gt7 that i dont want to break it never hahaha
I‘m thinking about buying this wheel as well but it is loud af with the feedback. That’s the only reason why I‘d rather pick up the thrustmaster t300 rs gt.
Enjoy it! I remember when I finally bought my TMX PRO from my part time job salary. Its just pure enjoyment. Took me half an hour to choose if its gonna be TMX or G29.
May I ask you why you chose TMX and if you've made the right decision? I see people prefer thrustmaster but I've only used g25 and t150 and g25 felt better for drifting and correcting. I also like Logitech because of cheap gear stick option. But t150 felt more silent probably and smooth I just wouldn't pay for the thrustmaster stick
Hell yeah dude! Enjoy it. I just bought the G920. Can't wait for it to get here. It's gonna be a huge upgrade compared to my ol Logitech Driving Force GT. ;p Sweet cat btw
@@obarabryan5165 I totally would brotha but my daughter already claimed it “Dad when you get your new wheel can I have your old one so we can race together”
