After waiting 5 weeks for my riding expereince to reach one year, my insurance company finally insures me to ride my MV F3. And this is my first proper ride on it.

I have a 2016 MV Agusta F4, MV are amazing bikes. Oh yea, F3 models are super nice to have. Great bike for middle class too.

The funny thing is, a few years ago I bought the Alfa Romeo 4C and found the other channel of yours featuring the 4C while waiting for delivery. And now - I bought the Ducati SuperSport S and an MV Agusta (although it’s the Superveloce) last year after 15-year break from riding, and just found this channel!! I almost feel like I found my petrol twin on the other side of the globe!! Your taste for vehicles is great❤

Insurance companies just have a major penalty hammer for the Ducati name itself, they hardly even bother looking at the model and its specs, they just see its brand name and label it "max insurance" lol. About a year ago I was looking at a used Ducati 749, a few bit of miles but in good condition. Nothing fancy compared to modern bikes in terms of risk nor value. The insurance quotes were astronomical, I called them and asked if there had been a mistake, apparently they had had a revision with their in-house "expert" who had labelled it in the top of the insurance bracket for literally no reason other than being a Ducati. heck, it would have cost me less to purchase the bike than a new Ninja 400 ffs. I went and got an Aprilia RSV Mille instead - 3 years older bike compared to the Ducati, but far more performance oriented and higher original price too (used deal was the same as the Ducati tho). The same insurance company quoted 3x less for it compared to the Ducati - only reason being "It's not a Ducati". It's an absolute joke, the people that make up these companies have zero clue what they are doing...

Hey M8, great video. You ever consider taking the bike to the track? Its a blast and you can really let loose. Would love to see you out on a circuit with the MV

Somehow I like the way you talked in the video. It sounds genuine to me.

A thing of beauty! If I'm ever able to afford buying and owning an older MV, I'd absolutely love to have an F4. I fell madly in love with it after watching 44Teeth's Budget Bike Battle "Italia" featuring it. Wish you all the best; safe rides and great times!

Is the F3 still running ok and are you not worried about the multiple reports of snapped engine valves on the 'silver' engined edition?

You can always find reports of disaster from any vehicle from McLaren's, Porsches, KTM etc. I have had my F3 for 11 years and its only needed regular servicing & tyres. Dont believe everything you read as gospel. I once opwned a Toyota Celica that blew the engine in under 10,000 kms but you would not expect them all to disintegrate....

I understand it's your first ride. But this bike is born to rev above 7 000 rpm and elates over 10 000. It doesn't mean speed, but keeping it in its power band. So unless you're trying to maximize your tank mileage, keep the gears low. On a 70 km speed limit road, ride it on first gear. It might be extra sensitive on the throttle, but buying this bike, you've made the choice of becoming an expert on throttle management. MV engine doesn't lie. It tells you when it's happy, and when it's not.

I love this bike, but I'm afraid I won't be able to reach the ground as I'm only 5'1 😭

Look out for some of the mechanical (sprag clutch) issues which have plagued the Silver motor MV's. Also... you havent had 1 year of riding experience before owning 3 powerful bikes? Other countries are weird.

You're like a kid who groans a lot on small issues. Wait until it starts acting up like a typical mv and you will whine more 😂
