My girlfriend has never watched Game of Thrones! So we've decided to watch the series together!

😊"Actually, he saved me...more than once." - Brienne to Cercei. "You love him." Cercei, feeling threatened and realizing Jaime has allegiance to a female other than her and that the feeling is reciprocal. It's a nice compliment to the conversation where Loras also gets the better of Jaime.

Just in case you didn’t know, King Stannis’s wife is Queen Selyse Florent from the noble house House Florent, a vassal house sworn to House Tyrell(Olenna, Margaery, and Loras’s house). She was the sister of the man who was burned alive at the steak by Melisandre in this episode. Which is extremely messed up to burn alive your own brother. And now that Joffrey is dead(Thank goodness for that)the next king is going to be Tommen, Cersei’s second son(The one who was sitting next to Tyrion at the wedding and stopped laughing when he saw how hurt his uncle was)

Ouuuu that is a great question. I feel like Neds because it was so soon. He felt like a main character I loved so easy and taken too soon. Joffrey I knew it had to be coming at some point. Not that soon but sometime!

I thought the same thing as well, that it was too quick and that Joffrey didn't suffer enough. A lof of the genius of the source material is that it's realistic, just like in real life, you don't get what you want. It throws you curve balls that you never expected. Like this, you hate Joffrey, you want him dead but when it happens, it's too quick and you don't know who did it. (In the book, they still don't know).

Every adaptation of a book has to be altered to fit the big screen. The people who trip over the things that aren't shown or changed from books is odd to me. They can't put it all in the show, so things may need to be altered. Anywho. Love yalls reactions.

If u read the books u better highlight or mark every character & (house) especially,even if they're repetitive, since most are relevant, 1 way or another it's all tied together, & also prevents confusion There are lots of symbolism & forshadowings so careful with that

This show has a crazy way of bringing everyone's murderous side out. No shade on Tay specifically, since almost everyone wishes Geoffrey had been murdered more cruelly, among other antagonists. The show just exposes our otherwise hidden sinful intentions, and we band together in our agreement of torturing evil fictional characters. God help us, because we're just more of the same. We keep the cycle of sin going.

This isn`t in the show, so it isn`t a spoiler unless you want to read the books: Catelyin Stark after the red wedding became lady stoneheart , sort of like the wights the white walker make ,has none of the empaty of her previous life ,and is currently on a quest for revenge, slaughtering anyone that was involved in the red wedding.And there`s a whole lot of others characters that are present in the books but weren`t included in the show
