I think, the combo of catfish and collard greens would’ve paired well with Mac n cheese and slightly sweetened candied yams but in a fry egg roll . The cold salad slaw I can see pairs well better with a fish opposed the other burrito combo. ❤

Salsa & eggs - yes, ketchup & eggs - no NO sugar in grits! Amen. (LOVE that clip insert! 😂) Cheese, salt, pepper, other savory items - sure! Popcorn & ketchup - no, Natural unbuttered popcorn & mustard - yes (SERIOUSLY, don't knock it 'til you try it 😂) Some of those other food combinations Dani was going over - just no! 🤢

Sugar and grits is a no especially being from the Souf baaaaaayb 🤣 But ummmmm my sister in law is from Saint Louis and she eats sugar in her grits 🤢 That makes me think of cream of wheat or oatmeal…. Those look deliciou…yes deliciou!😊 I’m not a catfish fan…I had a traumatic experience when I was 6 in a food lion, and still remember buttttt I’d definitely use like Halibut or another meaty fish. When I make my sauce from scratch I do put like a teaspoon of sugar to balance the tomato tartness Yes ketchup and eggs No pickles and hot sauce

I haven’t had apple sauce and grilled cheese but it sounds bomb! U’ve heard of cheese on apple pie right? I bet it’s good. Cream of wheat is a type of wheat ground up very finely.
